PREORDER - Pre-orders can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks on average for delivery. At times, economic factors outside of our control may delay orders beyond this estimated timeframe and refunds/cancellations will not be issued due to wait time. Turnaround time is started from the date that the round closes, not from the date the order is placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled, combined or modified once placed. 

FABRIC QUALITY AND FLAWS - We do our best to ensure the quality of our fabrics, but can occasionally miss flaws while processing larger orders. Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. If you find that you have received a cut of fabric that has a flaw, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a refund or replacement. Flaws are considered to be a mark larger than a quarter per yard of fabric and that affect the overall appearance of the design. Marks will not be considered a flaw if it is within 4" of the selvedge edges. Do not wash or cut your fabric until you are satisfied with the measurements and that it is free of flaws. Any fabric that has been altered including washing or cutting will be void of this policy and is non-refundable. Minor fading and/or shrinkage from washing is normal and is not considered a flaw. You should expect 5-10% of shrinkage due to washing and refunds will not be issued do to shrinkage or slight fading from washing. Due to using a different printing process, the colors on vinyl may vary slightly and/or be less vibrant than other fabric bases. This is not considered a flaw and refunds will not be issued due to this variation.


SHIPPING - Shipping charges are based on automatic calculations through USPS when checking out. On occasion, these calculations may be inaccurate and customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges. If your shipping costs exceed what has already been paid at check out, you will be contacted prior to the shipment of your order for the difference. In the event that you are overcharged (more than a $3 discrepancy) for shipping, you will be refunded the overpayment once your order has shipped. Hawaii, Alaska, APO and P.O. Boxes may require additional fees. If this is the case, you will be contacted with the amount due prior to shipping your order. International orders may incur additional fees or taxes imposed by the destination country and you are responsible for these fees, if applicable. All packages are shipped with insurance to cover the value of the order. Insurance covers the package for loss or damage during transit, but not after the delivery scan if your package is stolen etc. If you do not receive your package or your package is damaged upon receipt, please contact us to begin the claim process.


CUTSOM FABRIC AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS - Custom fabric and digital products are NON REFUNDABLE and returns will not be accepted for these items. Please see our terms of service for details about our fabric flaw policy. 


Hardware and other physical products - It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. To begin your return, you will be required to provide proof of purchase. Once your return request has been approved, all products must be returned to us within 30 days at your expense. If all items are received by us in their original, new and re-sellable condition, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs within 14 days. Please note that we are a small business and can not absorb the shipping costs because you changed your mind or you ordered the wrong size/product. It is recommended that you use a trackable service for your return shipping. Maple + Sunshine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and it is not guaranteed that we will receive products being returned to us. It is rare, but if you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us so that we can make it right.
